    1. Update on PS368 Middle School Expansion
      1. PEP vote last month passed without objection
      2. Prioritized admissions for PS153 did not pass. PS153 parents may reach out to PS368 Principal for admissions information.
    2. Life Savings Skills Workshop
      1. 2/10 event co-hosted by CEC District 6 and NYPH at PS48
    3. Mental Health Day

      1. Parents can still order photos before end of month
      2. Anyone who ordered photos but didn’t receive them should inform the PA
    5. Uniform Donations
      1. Thank you for all your contributions. The PA collected 86 items.
      2. The school is working on distributions.
    6. Principal Coffee Hour
      1. Met with Matos on 1/4, the next event is on 2/1
    7.  Title 1
      1. The school is hosting classes for English learning and Technology on Saturday mornings starting 1/27.
      2. The PA to ensure that all parents receive a flyer and registration form.
    8. Program Proposal
      1. Review of planned upcoming events.
      2. Parents are encouraged to propose programming ideas
    9. Valentine’s Day Fundraiser
      1. PA is spending $525 to buy materials to make 400 valentines with a flower, card and candy for sell at $3 each. If all are sold, the PA can raise $700.
      2. Funds to be used for PA programming.

    10. Annual Spring Show
      1. Parents are welcome to join and perform for the Annual Spring Show
  5. Treasurer’s Report
    1. Current balance: $9,620.35
      1. 12/19/23 – Paid $5,205 to Real Photo (Picture Day)
      2. 12/27/23 – Paid $56.09 to wash and clean donated clothes
      3. 01/13/24 – Deposited $5,000 grant from NYPH

    1. PA working on special education workshop with PS58 for March
    2. Next meeting on February 9th
    3. PA needs volunteers to assist with Valentine’s Day sale
